Availability & Schedule Guide

How to use the calendar, appointments, earnings tracker, and goals — and why they matter.

OVERVIEW

Everything in one place — availability, bookings, and earnings

The Availability & Schedule tab is built around three ideas that work together: your live status tells visitors whether you can be reached right now; your appointment calendar keeps that status accurate automatically; and your earnings tracker gives you a private record of income so you can spot trends, set goals, and plan smarter.

None of this is visible to clients or site visitors — it lives entirely within your private dashboard.

Part 1 — Live Status
1

Set your live availability status

Choose one of three statuses at the top of the panel. Your selection syncs to your MuseLink profile immediately, so visitors always see an accurate badge in real time.

Available You are free to receive inquiries. Use this as your default when you are on and open for business.
Preoccupied You are active but currently occupied. This appears automatically during any active appointment.
Unavailable You are not available right now. Use this when you are offline, traveling, or on a break.
Custom label: You can add a custom status line (e.g. "Currently with a guest — back in 2 hours") that appears alongside the badge on your MuseLink page. Keep it short.
2

The calendar keeps your status accurate automatically

Whenever an appointment block is active, the dashboard automatically flips your badge to Preoccupied — no manual update needed. When the block ends, your chosen default status returns.

Real-world example: You have a session from 2 PM to 5 PM. Visitors to your MuseLink page at 3 PM see "Preoccupied." At 5:01 PM the badge switches back to "Available" on its own.
Part 2 — Appointments
3

Add an appointment

Click Add appointment and fill in the details. All fields except start and end time are optional.

FieldWhat it's for
Start timeWhen the block begins (required)
End timeWhen the block ends (required)
TypeAppointment, Sleep block, or Blocked — used for your own organization
Guest namePrivate client name for your reference only
Guest phonePrivate contact number for your reference only
LocationHotel, incall address, or any private note
NotesAnything else you want to remember about this block
Tip: Upcoming appointments appear in chronological order. Past appointments do not show in the list but their data is still available in the Earnings Calendar if you linked earnings to them.
Part 3 — Earnings Calendar
4

Why track earnings here?

The earnings calendar gives you a private, date-stamped record of income — something most people track in a spreadsheet or not at all. Keeping it here means your data is always connected to your appointment context, making it easier to spot patterns: which clients or platforms earn the most, which days or weeks are slowest, and how your monthly average compares to your target.

Everything in the earnings section is completely private to you and your account manager.

5

Log an earning entry

Click any day on the calendar to select it, then fill in the entry form on the right. Every entry can have:

FieldWhat it's for
DateThe date the earning occurred
AmountThe dollar amount, to the cent
NameShort description, e.g. "Incall deposit" or "OF tip"
Client / sourceWho paid or which platform, e.g. "Ryan" or "OnlyFans"
NotesAny private context you want to keep
TagsCategory labels you create (e.g. #incall, #onlyfans, #touring)
Tip: You can log multiple entries for the same day — for example, a deposit and a balance payment from the same session.
6

Reading the summary and charts

The summary cards above the calendar update automatically for the selected date range:

CardWhat it shows
Total EarningsSum of all entries in the current range
Daily AverageTotal divided by every calendar day in the range (including zero-earning days)
Active-Day AverageTotal divided only by days that had at least one entry
Top TagThe tag category with the highest total earnings

The Earnings By Tag donut chart breaks down income by category. The Daily Trend chart shows the earnings curve across the selected period — useful for spotting your busiest days of the week or month.

7

Using tags

Tags are categories you create yourself. Use them to separate income by platform, service type, or client group — whatever makes sense for your business. Create a tag with a name and color in the Tag List section, then apply it to any entry.

Example setup: Create tags like #incall, #outcall, #onlyfans, #fansly, #content-sale. At the end of the month, the tag breakdown shows exactly which revenue streams performed best.
8

Filters and export

Use the filter row to narrow the view: filter by tag, minimum or maximum amount, a keyword from the name or notes, or a custom date range. Hit Apply range to reload data for that window. Clear filters returns to the current month.

Export CSV downloads all visible entries as a spreadsheet — useful for tax records, accountants, or your own personal archive.

Part 4 — Quick Stats & Goals
9

Quick Stats — instant summaries for any period

The Quick Stats section sits below the main calendar. Use it to pull a fast earnings summary for a specific window without changing your calendar view:

ButtonWhat it shows
Last 7 daysRolling 7-day window ending today
Last 30 daysRolling 30-day window ending today
Specific monthAny of the past 13 months — pick from the dropdown

Results show total earnings, daily average, active days, and entry count for the selected range. Clicking a new button replaces the last result.

10

Setting an earnings goal

Enter a monthly earnings goal in dollars and click Save goals. If you prefer to set a specific daily average instead, fill in the daily avg earnings goal field. If you leave the daily field blank, the dashboard calculates it automatically from your monthly target divided by the number of days in the month.

Your goals are saved privately in your browser and do not go to any server.

11

Month-to-date performance tracking

Once a goal is set, the Goals display shows your average daily earnings since the 1st of the current month. The number is color-coded based on how close you are to your daily target:

Green More than 110% of goal — you are exceeding your target
White 100%–110% of goal — on target or just above
Yellow 85%–99% of goal — close, a strong push will get you there
Orange 66%–84% of goal — behind, worth reviewing your pace
Red Below 66% of goal — significantly behind pace for the month

The display also shows a projected monthly total based on your current daily average, so you can see where you will land if the rest of the month continues at the same pace.

Example: Your monthly goal is $8,000. On day 10, you have logged $1,500. Daily average = $150. Goal-pace daily avg = $258. You are at 58% — shown in red. Your projected monthly total at this rate is $4,650, well short of $8,000. This is the signal to pick up the pace or adjust expectations for the month.
